I graduated with a BS in Computer Information Systems in 2003 and have been building custom web applications and software ever since. Over the years I've worked across web design, development, and systems integration — helping businesses build reliable, performant digital products.

But I've always been a creator too. I started making YouTube videos back in 2009 — not because it was trendy, but because I wanted to make videos I wanted to watch. Reviews that actually answered the questions I had. Walkthroughs that didn't skip the hard parts.

2003

The Foundation

Graduated with a BS in Computer Information Systems. Started building custom web apps and software for businesses — a career that's spanned two decades.

2009

First Camera, First Video

Started making YouTube videos. The goal was simple — make the videos I wanted to watch. Honest, detailed, no fluff. Life got busy and consistency was hard, but the itch never went away.

2019

Tesla Model 3 & EV Content

Bought my first EV — a Tesla Model 3. Fell deep into the EV world and started creating ownership content. That channel became SherwinM, focused entirely on EV tech and ownership.

2022

SmartinUpCreations

Missed making tech content beyond EVs. Built SmartinUpCreations as the home base — where the developer side and the creator side finally live together. Tutorials, tool reviews, workflows, and the occasional web project.
